Rapid development of the China civil aviation transportation for pilots’ demand is increasing,while the traditional training system has been unable to maintain a balance between supply and demand,the job-hopping of pilot occurred frequently.Combining with the labor economy theory of analysis on its supply and demand of factors,and proposes the solution for shortage of pilots.Since the reform and open policy,our country civil aviation has achieved remarkable achievement.Since 2005,CAAC transport total turnover has ranked second in the world,China has become a veritable air transport superpower.Meanwhile,the pilot shortage has been increasing,which becomes an important factor of our country civil aviation transportation development.This text analyzed and studied the present situation in China's civil aviation pilots.
