I have decided to go for a swim during one of my off days.Once I reached the pool,I quickly jumped into the pool without doing some warming up exercises.After five minutes,I felt a sharp contraction on my leg.I couldn't move my leg at all.I began screaming for help.Luckily the lifeguard heard my screams and rescued me in the nick of time.Without his help,I could have drowned.It was a terrible day off.
