1.我明白楼主的意思是使用插入语变化,但是do you know很少这样用,一般是do you think/believe/suppose/expect等才可以.
2.就算是可以,前后的句序也不对应.
应该是：Do you know what the best book is?= What do you know the best book is?
即Do you know后面的宾语从句使用陈述句序,也就是说从句主语是the best book,而不是what；
而后句的结构也是“疑问词 + do you know + 陈述句序”,所以应该还是the best book is,而不是is the best book.
3.如果是do you think的话,则一般使用第二种结构,即使用插入语的“疑问词 + do you think + 陈述句序”的用法.
再问： who do you think is the friendiest student？这时我自己写的句子 像这个句子是不是插入语后面的就不用陈述语序了啊，因为我认为这里的who做的是主语 who {do you think 这时插入成分 } is the friendiest student？对吗
再答： (who) is the friendliest student就是陈述句序啊，因为who刚好做主语，后面就是系表结构，为陈述句序。 不过这样的例句存在争议，原句既可以用who做主语，即“谁是最友好的学生”；也可以把the friendliest student做主语，而who做表语，即“最友好的学生是谁”。
