One day I take three meals.In between meals I try not to have snack.My three meals are breakfast,lunch and dinner.In the morning breakfast,I have two pieces of bread and two eggs.My breakfast drink is a glass of milk.My lunch and dinner are the same,Both meals have two vegetables and a meat to go with rice.After every meals,I always take some fruits.
