Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to their health. But unhealthy diets can cause unhealthy body. The better we get into good eating habits, the healthier and the happier our life will be. In all, there are two kinds of eating habits, that is, western eating and Chinese eating. In western eating, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They even drink milk and coffee, which is rich in calories. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. They will eat fried or toasted food, which is thought to be junk food. In the past, Chinese people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They always drank boiled water after meals. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors. But with the improvement of Chinese living standard, now Chinese people, especially the young has fallen in love with the western diet and they even have no breakfast and add many snacks to their life, what’s more, they are lacking exercise, which is very bad for their health. In my opinion, it is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy. You'd better eat enough vegetables which contain rich vitamin, and proper meat, too. A balanced diet, reasonable exercise and enough sleep can keep happy, healthy and wealthy.
