This position is a big challenge for me, however I'll take this as a great chance to motivate myself, and I believe that I can solve any kind of difficulties with my knowledge and past experience.
2.Can you work well under stress or pressure? Please give an example to describe how you handled that situation.
Stress from work is inevitable, but if you know how to deal with it in a right way, most of the time it would come as a motivation rather than pressure. For example, if I've got a problem from work, and it is so annoy that I can't eat and sleep well, I would try not to think about it after work, or, I'll find someone, either friend or family, to talk it through.

I remember once I had to inform a new rule to my team members that everyone need to look after the vacuum cleaner, because its the company's property, and whoever use it has the responsibility to put it back, if it gets lost again, as it happened a couple of times before, he or she will have to pay for it. Of course the new rule was unpopular because everyone in the team is not trusted. So I had to let them know that it is actually to protect the company's property, and that's my job, no one need to feel offended, because I'm just doing my job, and I didn't mean to hurt anyone. When I explained my purpose clearly, I sold my decision at the same time.
