I completed my three-year study of XXX at XXX School in 2004 and have been working for XXX Co.Ltd.as a Business Supervisor since then.As the increasing breadth of knowledge concerning business in my past five-year working experience,my interest in business management was aroused and then the desire to specialize in it prompted me to apply for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in The Peralta Colleges.
My working experience has not only given me an opportunity to be exposed to the full range of business activities,but also helped to realize my strengths and weaknesses.To sharpen my management capability,I held position as the business team leader.Organizing activities and cooperating with others were so amazing that I became more mature and to make friends with lots of enthusiastic people.Formerly,there existed a challenge that I had trouble in coordinating partners’ different opinions.I always have respect for people who worked with me and had different opinions with me.By analyzing and compromising those different opinions,I successfully figured out some problems and difficulties.In brief,being a team leader enriched my work and made me more competent in the future career.But during this period,I also learned that my knowledge was not enough and need to continue my education.
Referring to my academic performance,I have been a good student all along.Five years ago,I obtained the certificate of E-commerce at Zhanjiang Financial School.As having developed a special interest in the field of business,I take some Mathematics and Accounting courses on line currently.Besides,I have a good command of reading and written English.In my spare time,dancing,reading,swimming and other activities are all my favorite hobbies,which offered me not just fun,but the abilities to communicate and get around with other persons and pursue an all-around development.
