间接的交流（QQ\短信\电话\日志等）大部分是“思想”的交流,就算说的是情感,是理解,感觉到仍是思想；直接的交流,大部分是“情感”的交流,就算说的是思想,但感觉的重点却是理解和接纳.
优爸的眉眼之间,神情之间,就算他开个头,我都能理解到他的真正情感,他内心想要表达的真正意思,即使他说的语言是相反的含义；而我的情感,我的情绪,在互动中体验得也跟深入,对自己的觉察也会更透彻,这种觉察,用语言不一定能很明确地表达出来.
