答：楼主对have这一个词的多重性认识不够.
1.have 作助动词,与动词的过去分词（PP）一起构成完成时态.
2.have作实义动词,多作及物动词,基本意思为“拥有”,又可代替eat,hold如have supper,have a meeting,还可能作使役动词,后跟复合宾语;have sb.do/ doing sth.have sth.done
它们的S形,过去式,过去分词,现在分词是一样的,为has,had,had,having
这两个句子中出现两个一模一样子had,初学者往往感到迷惑.其实第一个had是助动词have的过去式,第二个had是实义动词have （表示“有”或其它意思）的过去分词.
还有关于that的用法我也不懂,哪位耐心好能不能给我详细讲讲,

2.引导名词性从句（包括主语从句,宾语从句,表语从句,同位语从句）,引导宾语从句时可省略,其它不省略如He said (that) .,That the earth goes round the sun is known to us all.
3.作关系代词引导限制性定语从句.This is the best film (that) I have ever seen.
4.作副词=so,如：Is it that cold?有那么冷吗?
5.作连词引导状语从句：so/such .that.如此.以致于.
