我想问,为什么两句都是被动语态,第一题不用by,而第二题一定要by呢?

y 后面跟的是被动动作的行使者.第一题没有提到,所以不用by.但可以说成：
Given the right address by her,we found her house easily.
第二题有被动动作的主语：some student,所以要用.
