黏胶纤维又称人造棉,是一种再生纤维素纤维,以天然纤维素为原料经湿法纺丝而制成,具有皮芯层结构,活性翠兰染料因其特殊的铜酞菁结构,导致染料大分子向纤维内渗透扩散比较困难,印花织物色浅且色萎.所以染料的扩散渗透比较困难,印花时需借助大量的尿素来吸湿助溶,随着对地球环保意识的提高,作为造成水质污染(富营养化)物质,即氮、磷系化合物,减少其用量已成为染整工业的课题.本文就如何减少人造棉活性翠兰K-GL染料印花工艺中尿素的用量进行探索.
