话题1. What do you think of the current job market in China? Do you have any plan for it? What is that?
话题2. As far as some social problems like racial discrimination, abuse of guns and crime committed by the youth are concerned, do you think Chinese society have these problems? Explain why. Are there other social problems in China? Please list some and come up with your solution if you can.

1 I think the current job market in China is getting even more and more competitive, especially for young college graduates who lack certain experience. It is hard to get a good chance as a start of one's career.
My plan for this situation is simple, study hard, stay alert, and keep informed of the latest changes in the job market. I think to study hard and gain the knowledge you need for your profession is essential and is a first of all condition for looking for a good job. Beside that it is also necessary for me to stay alert of the changes so that I can apply my knowledge in a best way. Last but not least, I shall learn to always keep informed of the latest infomation in the job feilds in my interest.
2 I think, like any other society, Chinese society also has these problems. In china, gender discrimination in some not so developed areas still exists. And in more developed cities in China, discrimination against rural workers with low incomes is also one of the most serious social problems in China. And in my opinion, the hatred for the newly rich is also one problem in China that needs our attention and still waits to be properly handled.
With the rapid development in China, these social problems are inevitable. But it doesn't mean we should put them aside. I think the government should play a stronger roll in handling these problems so that more people can share the fruits of the reform and opening up. Also these problems need a high quality of general public morality which needs better moral education for all.
