受害者.
本文界定了技术性贸易壁垒概念,从技术性贸易壁垒的产生,特点和
发展趋势方面进行了探讨,介绍了我国遭受技术贸易壁垒的情况,分
析了当前国际贸易中技术性发达国家的贸易壁垒实施情况.从而得
出了我国对外贸易所遇到的贸易壁垒问题并且深入分析产生这些问
题的深层次原因,提出相应的对策,旨在对我国政府和企业面对的
贸易壁垒问题有所帮助.

Nowadays,a technical barrier which has taken place of the anti-dumping measures becomes the first barriers against the trade development in our country.It is most difficult to be found and deal with.Accompany with the economical development ,its’ influence in international trade is more and more obvious as a new form of non-tariff barrier.As a developing country,CHINA has become a biggest sufferer of technical barrier.
