Urban planning represent important avenuesfor climate change.The first is land use planning,as a planning form to guideland use,land use planning is an important way to coordinate the developmentbetween the population,resources and environment.The second is strategicplanning,strategic planning refer to design the city for the future,which thegovernment has an important role of this.And,more remarkable,strategicplanning which directly impacts on the living standard of the people in thecity.Now Losari,which locates in Indonesia,is viewed as a typical successfulcase.Local government successfully takes Mitigation and Adaptation into urbanplanning,which makes them known as famous tourist sites while they fightagainst flooding and other natural disasters(S3).Although land use planningand strategic planning are important components of urban planning,these twoplans are quite different in practice,and in many cases need differentdepartments support.
