with which当然是Campanies的先行词啊,with放到which前面是一种特殊形式,你放在competation后面也可以,但是地道英语是在which后面的句子最后如果接介词in,on,with,of什么的都可以提前到which前面,这是一种用法,记住!
第二句话有点意思,already employs 指的是that前面的practices.Manager后面的making是一种简写方式,原型是manager who makes the comparisons
