1.The Europe that is now forming cannot be anything other than its peoples, their cultures and national identities.
前面先是定语重句我理解,正在形成的欧洲正是“ its peoples, their cultures and national identities.” 引号里不懂啊,为什么一个its一个their?还有national identities是否应该翻译为“国家认可”?
2.This alone demonstrates that the television business is not an easy world to survive in, a fact underlied by statistics that show that out of 80 European TV networks, no less than 50%, took a loss in 1989.
这里就一个问题,就是a fact underlied.这句话是同位语?虽然就其结构看除了同位语没别的解释了,但想不通他和谁同啊,读不出来,难不成是前面的例子和后面的fact成同位语?
3.Creating a "Europe identity" that respect the different cultures and traditions, which go to make up the connecting fabric of "Old continent" is no easy task and demands a strategic choice-- that of producing programs in Europe for Europe.
这里是不是主语+定语重句+定语重句中different cultures and traditions 的定语重句which...?若不在乎意思,能否在这里把第一个定语重句中的different cultures and traditions 直接用which go to make...,这样改是否是定语重句的宾语重句?能否这样改?还有这里which 和what 有什么区别...还有最后的-- that of producing programs in Europe for Europe.是否是choice 的同位语?
问题问完了,很多很多,我知道回答那么多会消耗您大量的精力根部不是200金币能衡量的,所以我只能说求指教,快考研了真的很急,谢谢各位大神!

1.its指Europe‘s,their指peoples',这里peoples用的是复数,表示民族,所以national identities可以翻译成民族认同感.
2.fact 是”the television business is not an easy world to survive in“的同位语.前文的例子说明了电视行业不好混,这个事实同样也被后文的统计数据所支持.
3.which部分是different cultures and traditions的定语,因为go没有用单三形式,which指的只能是这个复数的部分,定语从句不能用what开头.that部分是choice的同位语没错.

再答： 1.给你举个例子对比一下。This old lady brought up her three daughters, and all their ten kids. 代词的用法还是挺随便的，不涉及句式，提到过的东西下次出现都可以改用代词。 2.以no代替not a的用法否定意味更强一些，可以翻译成绝非。 He is not a singer. 他不是歌手。 He is no singer.他唱歌跑调。他照歌手差得远了。 It's not a secret who are going to attend the meeting.哪些人将参会并不保密。 It's no secret that politicians cheat. 人人都知道政治家是会说谎的。 3.可以这样改，那就要去掉宾语直接用what部分做宾语从句。但是就像定语长了通用要单拿出来写成定语从句一样，宾语太复杂时，尤其是一个从句中的又出现宾语从句时，单独改成同位语的形式似乎更符合语言习惯。不过不用担心，因为这些破题都不属于正常英语的范畴，很多都是为了提高难度由中国人改写的。 童鞋，其实我觉得你的语法已经学得非常好了，估计比考研大军里90%的都好。 考研英语里语法要求最高的就是翻译了吧，可是做翻译题也没有必要想这么细的~能译通就给分的~ 你的程度，语法肯定不会影响你的阅读能力，如果觉得读的不顺应该是欠缺语感。现在可能时间不充裕，以后也坚持继续积累阅读量吧~ 认真的孩子都有好报~加油：）
