Nowhere in Prakta is the influence of modern European architecture more apparent than in its government buildings.

为什么government buildings前面要加in?
the influence of modern European architecture在这里是什么成分?这种语法叫什么?(我想学,在我看起来这一段是说明more apparent的.我从来没听过这种用法.)

这是否定词提前的倒装句,变成正常语序为：
The influence of modern European architecture is more apparent nowhere in Prakta than in its government buildings.
比较的双方是在何处的现代欧式建筑风格更明显,是在政府大楼而不是在别的什么地方.nowhere in prakta和 in its government buildings.因为是在...地方,所以要加介词.

如果不加in可以吗?直接就说政府大楼,而不说在政府大楼
再答：这么说吧，如果没有比较在内，应该是这样的：
The influence is apparent in Prakta's government buildings.
in its goverment buildings是状语，必须有介词的。不然apparent 和its 接不到一起啊。
