摘要
近年来中小企业对我国的社会经济发展做出了重大贡献,在经济社会发展中的作用和地位日益增强,然而,在国际经融危机的冲击下,中小企业受到严重影响,目前,融资难作为最主要问题,已经成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈.由于融资渠道的不同,融资难主要表现在内源融资难和外源融资难上.造成中小企业融资难的原因主要分为企业内部自身原因和外部融资环境两方面.除企业自身资产、信用等条件有限外,银行、政府和担保机构等外部环境的不完善也严重阻碍了中小企业的融资之路,因此,解决中小企业融资难的问题,既要整顿提高中小企业自身的素质；又要完善政府的政策扶持体系,建立健全的法律保护体制；更要完善担保机构并建立完整的融资体系.

abstract
In recent years,enterprises of small and middle scale have made a tremendous contribution in the development of China's economy and they are now playing a even more vital role in the economy.However,under the impact of the international economic depression,enterprises expecially small and middle ones have suffered a great loss.At present,the major problem posed in front of these companies is financing,which has become a bottle neck for their development.Since the ways of finacing employed differ one from the other,the problem mainly appears as difficulties in internal and external financing.Besides the problems lying in assets of the company and its credit situation,the faulty system of financing is also to blame.Banks,government and gurantee agencies do not have the complete rules for them to follow in the process of loaning.Therefore,to solve the problem of financing requires these interprises improve their own operation while a much well organized law system of government support should be established.The completion of the financing system as well as a safer guarantee system is quite essential.
