1.C.本题是not...until...句型的倒装结构（否定副词not提前放在句首）,原来正常的陈述语序是He didn't arrive at the sports ground until the game had begun.
2.D这道题也属于倒装句中的部分倒装结构,倒装的原因是题干中的第二句话是以in no circumstances（含有否定副词no）开首,所以采用部分倒装结构.
3.B.建议你做个就括号中内容提问的练习,就可以明白答案的来由了.I suppose it lasted (two hours),就two hours提问需要用how long,然后i suppose变为do you suppose,后面的宾语从句保持不变,即可得到题干的句子.

再问：两题懂了，还有个问题，第二题为什么选must you 而不是do you 呢？
