我认为 第一句 正确 是过去分词 短语 作表语 sold out 相当于形容词 of this book 是状语

如果用 主谓宾结构 应该去掉of 即 we have sold out this book
第二句 有问题 有时态问题 不能用一般现在时
应该是 this book has been sold out by us与上句意思一样
也可以是 this book was sold out by us但与 上句意思不一样
再问： 书上写的句子是we have sold out of this book，这里的of this book作状语？然后we are sold out总感觉是人被卖，不是书被卖
