摘要：从已有的文献来看,“新经济”—词是由美国人首先提出来的,其含义是区别于过去经常出现的经济周期之传统经济,认为在新的科技条件下,今后的人类社会将免受经济周期之苦.之后,随着新的经济现象的不断出现,人们又基于各自的知识结构和感知,认为新经济与经济全球化,或与网络等新产业革命,或与科学技术日新月异等密切相关.尽管迄今为止人们对新经济的提法和特征尚有不同认知,笔者理解,全球化、网络化、高新科技化、知识化,应该是新经济的本质内涵.

Abstract:From the literature which has looked that,"the new economy"- the word is first proposed by the American,its meaningdistinguishes tradition of economy the economical cyclical whichfrequently appeared to the past,thought under the new technicalcondition,the next human society will exempt pain of the economicalcyclical.Afterwards,along with new economic phenomena unceasingappearance,the people based on respective knowledge structure and thesensation,thought new economical and economical globalization,eitherwith new product industry revolution and so on network,either changeswith each new day and so on with the science and technology the closecorrelation.Although until now the people still had the differentcognition to the new economical formulation and the characteristic,the author understood that,the globalization,the network,the highnew science and technology,the knowledge,should be the neweconomical essential connotation.
